New Patient Experience

At the first appointment we spend time discussing your dental history, hopes and aspirations for your teeth and general dental health in the future as well as giving a thorough examination of your mouth for other forms of disease and together with any x-rays that may be needed formulating treatment plans and options to suit your wishes. THE FEE FOR THIS INCLUDING TWO SMALL XRAYS IS £70.

We believe the relationship between a patient and their dentist has to be a continuing partnership, and only by being so can you have confidence in your dentist and so achieve the truly healthy mouth you deserve along with the smile you dream about. Before your first visit and every subsequent visit consider the following points:


  • Are you happy with the colour of your teeth?
  • ls there anything about your smile you would like to change?
  • Are you happy with the shape of your teeth?
  • On a scale of 1 – 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest how would you rate your smile?
  • Do you have any missing teeth?
  • If so, have you considered having them replaced?
  • Do you have any silver fillings?
  • If so, would you be interested in having them replaced?
  • Most Importantly; What are your expectations of us as your dental practice?
